Per-project attachment storage scales with your plan: 5 GB on Free, 15 GB on Starter, and 50 GB per project on Studio. The per-file cap is 10 MB on every plan. Attachments older than 90 days are automatically removed so the cap stays usable — the messages themselves stay, only the file goes.
